FAQ (12)

I clicked too fast as a legitimate user — can I still get blocked?

Yes. Security systems cannot perfectly tell humans from bots, so refreshing or clicking at 0.1-second intervals can trigger bot detection. To avoid blocks, keep clicks at least 1 second apart, never open 4+ tabs from the same IP, and use only one account. Same account on PC + mobile in parallel is also a bot pattern and gets blocked instantly.

What exactly is Safe Booking (SafeBox) and how is it different?

Introduced by Interpark and shared with NOL after the 2024 merger, SafeBox is an enhanced authentication mode that adds mobile phone verification plus optional face or ID-photo check at payment. Adds 30–60 seconds vs regular booking, but blocks anyone other than the registered person from paying. Mega K-pop concerts (BTS, BLACKPINK) almost always use SafeBox.

Are there specific times when cancellation tickets are released?

Yes, varies by platform. Interpark / Yes24 / NOL release at 10:00 AM KST (right after the refund deadline). Ticketlink releases at 9:00 AM. Melon Ticket uses a rolling 7-days-after-payment model so timing is not fixed but volumes spike slightly at 12:00 and 19:00. Each time appears on the main-page platform cards.

Will macro users actually be punished? What is the penalty?

Yes. The March 2024 amendment to the Information Network Act imposes up to 1 year imprisonment or KRW 10 million fine for automated ticket purchases. If a transaction succeeds, fraud and business-obstruction charges may be added. Creating, selling, or distributing macro programs carries the same penalty. This site provides only legitimate-booking guidance.

My PC time differs from the server — how do I sync?

This tool uses your device's local clock to count down — it does NOT do NTP sync. For accurate ticketing timing, enable your operating system's automatic time sync (Windows / macOS auto setting). Also watch the server-time display on each platform's site. A typical PC has ±2-second drift, which doesn't materially affect results.

PC or mobile — which one wins?

PC Chrome / Edge is still the most stable: fast keyboard input and no mis-tap risk on seat selection. The catch: SafeBox shows require mobile authentication, costing 5–10 seconds for device-switching. Recommended setup is PC primary + mobile app backup (different account). Same account on PC + mobile in parallel is forbidden.

What is the fastest payment method?

One-click pay (KakaoPay, Payco, NaverPay) is overwhelmingly fastest. Enter a 6-digit PIN and payment completes. Saves 10–15 seconds vs typing a credit card. Prerequisite: register your card and complete mobile auth in your member profile in advance.

I got one CAPTCHA wrong — should I refresh?

Do not refresh — that triggers bot detection and can get you blocked. Instead, click the "show another" button. For confusable characters (O/0, I/l/1), input them slowly one at a time. If the text is small, zoom with Ctrl/Cmd + mouse wheel first.

Can I retry from the same IP right after being blocked?

No. Immediate retry triggers another block. Wait at least 5–10 minutes cooldown before retrying. If possible, switch to mobile data to change IP or use a different device. Even then, never use the same account concurrently across devices.

Does using multiple accounts in parallel actually help?

Only if devices are separated. Multiple accounts from the same device (browser + OS + IP) get blocked instantly by device fingerprinting. A safer setup is PC on your own account + mobile on a family member’s account. Note: paying under a family member’s account requires that member’s payment info — your card won’t be available.

Is the D-day countdown accurate? How do reminders work?

Updates every second based on your device's clock — no NTP sync. Keep OS auto-time on. For reminders, download the ICS calendar — Google / Apple / Outlook will send 1-week, 1-day, and 30-minute notifications automatically. This site does not send push or email notifications (no backend).

Does the Kakao share button send straight to KakaoTalk?

It opens the Kakao Story share page, from which you can pick KakaoTalk, other SNS, or copy link. The show name, open date, and platform are encoded in the URL, so the recipient sees the same D-day screen when they open the link. No signup or login required.
